Acceptance of TermsBy commissioning artwork from me, you (the Commissioner) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these terms carefully before requesting a commission. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me before proceeding.Please note that I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, to ensure my comfort, safety, and the well-being of my commissioners. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.Commission Acceptance and Decline
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including but not limited to:- Receiving negative or abusive language
- Receiving NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content
- Feeling that my skill level is not sufficient to meet your expectationsCommissioning ProcessTo commission artwork, please follow these steps:1. Contact me via direct message on any of the listed social media platforms.
2. Specify the type of commission you're interested in.
3. Provide a medium- to high-quality reference sheet for your character. I will not accept low-quality references that may lead to misunderstandings.Content Guidelines- I do not accept NSFW commissions. Sending NSFW reference photos will result in immediate denial of the commission.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my examples page and various art accounts, within reasonable limits.
- If you prefer not to have your artwork posted, an additional fee will apply.Usage Rights- As the commissioner, you have the right to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you give proper credit.
- Commercial use, such as selling my work on merchandise, is not permitted without prior agreement and additional fees.
- You may use the artwork for personal merchandise, but resale is not allowed.Payment TermsCurrency: I only accept Canadian Dollars (CAD) as payment for commissions.
Payment Deadline: You must pay for the commission within 24 hours of agreeing to the fixed price. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the commission.
Pricing: My prices are carefully set based on my artistic capabilities, the time required to complete each piece, and my personal circumstances.Refund Policy- Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete your commission due to my own fault or circumstances beyond my control.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for changes of heart, dissatisfaction with the artwork, or other reasons not attributable to me.Artistic Scope and LimitationsWhat I can draw well:

- Natural and unnatural colors
- Canines, felines, and some rodents
- Simplistic and semi-complicated characters
- Cartoonish styles

What I cannot or will not draw:

About The Artist

Hey there, I’m Cleo!
A small-town soul with many big and creative dreams!I grew up in a tiny Pennsylvania town surrounded by farms, where the beauty of nature and the comfort of homemade Southern food shaped my world. I loved buying fresh produce from the local Amish and Mennonite markets and turning it into something delicious. Cooking from scratch became second nature to me, and to this day, I swear by good spices and bold flavors!But in 2024, life took an exciting turn—I packed up with my Canadian husband and our spunky little daughter and moved to British Columbia, Canada. City life is a whole new adventure, filled with fresh inspiration, amazing people, and way too many chip flavors(seriously, how is there so many?!). It’s thrilling, a little overwhelming, but exactly where I’m meant to be.These days, I spend my time caring for my sassy and loveable little one, exploring new creative ideas, and growing as an artist.
